Welcome to The Pizza Peel & Tap Room, brought to you by Stomp Chomp & Roll restaurant group, along with our sister brands, The Improper Pig and The Flying Biscuit Café. Our mission is to spread our love and passion for what we do one meal, one laughter, one experience, and one neighborhood at a time. Our main focus is to bring people together in a comfortable environment, to relax and have a good time, while providing unforgettable customer service.
We’re dedicated to creating and serving you quality food and beverage filled with flavor, while focusing on your overall experience. We are North Carolina’s favorite family casual eatery. Our team has developed a truly delicious menu from craft pizza and wings to tacos and warm brownie sundaes for dessert. We also take great pride in our draft beer and cocktail selection.
Founded in 2008 by the Bigham family, The Pizza Peel & Tap Room has come a long way from its beginnings in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. The vibe Stomp Chomp & Roll has created through our love for people, entertainment and community has given us the opportunity to open The Pizza Peel & Tap Room in the hearts of historic Plaza Midwood, and historic downtown Matthews. Living out our mission has also allowed us to fill bellies and engage with communities in Dilworth, Myers Park, Ballantyne, Rea farms, and historic downtown Fort Mill, SC through our sister brands, The Flying Biscuit Café and The Improper Pig. We are proud to call these neighborhoods home, and help them thrive through our community giving.
